Current 20LPA
Did i ask too much?? Will congnizant not approve my Expected CTC? HR is not picking up what to do?

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5lpa+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa
Please suggest , what is the possibility of the offer getting revise

I have been in my current job for 1 year now as a booking coordinator for a logistics company. When I started I had no idea of what my workload would be, now I noticed that my coworkers took the opportunity to pass most of their job to me. I joined LTI in the month of March 2022 and it was a short term switch as I may switch after a year based on market.

I had a question like if I want to switch after one year which is March, 2023. Should I wait for appraisal or not required.

Note: Appraisal process in LTI ends in March but appraisal letter we get in July. So If I wait for appraisal process I need to wait till next July. (further part in comment section)
