How would you rank the M7?

Hi all,
I work at a consulting firm advising clients on operating models, business design and change management based in London. I would like to move to Australia or the US from September 2023. Does anyone know any good application routes I might take? Are there any opportunities you’re aware of? I’m open to new roles and opportunities as long as I can maintain the same quality of life!

Currently on short term disability in CA and trying to figure out what the tax situation is. It looks like they don’t take out taxes, so should I set that aside? I can’t find any info on whether it’s tax-free income but I definitely don’t want to assume incorrectly

I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down. I know I should bill a daily rate, but not sure that will fly. Thoughts?

Hi fishes, Had discussion with TCS HR and he told he need to take approval for 21.5LPA as my current CTC is already on an higher level, My YOE is 7+ now , Will they offer me 21.5 lpa? Does the approval take place in TCS or just HR is ghosting me ?

Background: I have >8YOE and earn >100k€ in Europe and have been doing a Masters in Management next to working full time; and I'm almost done; However I failed an exam thrice (each time on the exam date I had important projects to run) now I need to find an MBA/MSC programme where I can transfer a lot of my already earned credits, any ideas here guys?
