hi all! using a moniker for privacy reasons - i’m a graduate consultant at a boutique shop in Sydney ~3 months of experience after a bachelors in business from UTS (graduated earlier this year). my 485 expires in Oct 2024, and i’m keen to stay back after that - can anyone who’s been there done that share some things that i can start doing to help my chances of being sponsored? this might include things i can do on the job as well as other options like networking.. thanks!

I have got two offers
1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

You think Airbus will come back with better offer?

Interviewing question: for anecdotal “tell me abt a time when..”, & similar questions - are you allowed to recycle stories from your undergrad years or do they only look for post grad/work stuff? Afraid some of the stories that sounded okay at undergrad recruiting might now come across as a bit “lightweight” in this context...like would they eye roll if we start talking about that one time we did a science competition sophomore year of college (even though it taught an important lesson)..etc.🤔
