Right now I’m maxing out my Roth IRA and contributing to my Roth 401k ( I get a company match but those $$ go into the regular 401k. Does it make sense to then rollover my Roth 401k into the Roth IRA? (I figure I have more investment options and don’t have RMDs when I retire) Is this the best way to invest for retirement right now? I make 80k a year so I figure my taxable income will only increase over the years.

Has anyone went from saas to benefit consulting? How was that transition? Was it worth it? I hear in benefits you get a book with recurring revenue.

Hi! I currently work as a senior consultant but my client (a major bank) has made it clear they would be interested in hiring me full time into a product role (VP). If I want to eventually exit to a major tech company or small start up more aligned to my values (interested in health tech) but stay as a PM — is it better to exit now into this role or stay as a consultant? Anyone have any thoughts/ advice? I feel some pressure to apply, but not certain which role would be best for my career.

Looking for opinions on this process. Health tech company with a semi-luxury D2C service, $1k - $3k price point. Semi Brand Recognition with FB + IG marketing to generate leads in the Bay Area. Leads are redirected to our website, which is optimized for self-service and conversion. After a day, unconverted leads are assigned to outbound SDR team. Venting here but does anyone else feel like they can actively tell that people are treating them differently when they aren’t attractive? This morning I took an interview and I forgot to brush my hair and my skin was oilier than usual and it seemed like the interviewer, who I had met before, treated me completely differently. Then I had a second interview and the interviewer seemed uninterested, was not making eye contact, and actively tore down everything I said. This is so frustrating :(
