How's that job report feeling?

Looking for salary range for X-ray techs with 15 years experience or more.

I’m in FDD… I know I signed up for this but there’s something about the anxiety that comes on a Friday knowing that we still didn’t get access to VDR .. and how that anxiety grows as you enter the long weekend knowing that access can happen at any minute (or not) and you have to tippy-toe on the idea of potentially cancelling on your memorial weekend plans. I know the unpredictability of our job but phew 😮‍💨

Idk what I could do and still make a living.

How to move things along with forgetful partners? I am a new 1st year and I am staffed with a partner who is swamped. A quick note about what I’ve experienced, in my decade long career, is the real advantage of MBB or FAANG - it gives you a shot at stretch roles that are outside your expertise. Not all the time or even most of the time compared to better candidates with specific experience for the role but gives you this wildcard shot at a vast array of opportunities.

Can anyone recommend me insightful books which can help consulting/career but not with titles like “how to be a successful manager” etc.
