I accepted a job offer at ServiceNow - I have tentative plans to go to Europe to visit family over the summer for 5 weeks. My current team at SN is in Europe. Do you think Id be able to work from Europe for the 5 weeks? Not sure how to approach this. The job is remote.

I have 3 years experience being an account manager in a large brokerage. I got promoted to be a supervisor to a small team of account managers and started at $77k and have now increased to $83k 6 months later. Does this sound fair based on my 4 years experience in the field or am I underselling myself?

Is it good to get stocks as part of CTC which has 4 years vesting period?

CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.

CTC had fixed, variable and stock part. Variable and stock is almost 30% of total ctc.

I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.

Will it look like I took the easy way out if I chose my segment? They know it’s my current audience and has been for 8 yrs. Would love to hear your thoughts!
