I’m a senior lit associate doing v well at my current firm but seeking a global relocation which might entail switching to a transactional practice. Thinking capital markets since I have a lot of experience in advising our clients of litigation risk when issuing debt etc. Would I even be considered (obvi I expect some cut in seniority)? Are all big 4s in India the same? Moved from US to India and the work in one of the Big4s for consulting is so bad!! Unstructured, lack of traction, superficial work done.. 🙄🙄 how does any work get done? The project didn’t achieve targets last yr and they’re still making same mistakes this year..🤦‍♂️
