I'm at wits end guys. After spending the past 2 years producing and learning new skills in the gaming industry. I'm completely unable to find work.
I have 8+ years of experience as a full stack web developer with a strong set of design skills having begun my career in User Experience Design. Hello, I’m an associate (almost at the one year mark) at a midsize firm on the EPL team. I did about 2 years of employment law as a clerk during school and know that’s what I want to go into. I’ve asked for more EPL work but keep catching PI cases. I second-chaired an employment trial but don’t see any EPL work for the foreseeable future and wasn’t getting as much EPL exposure as I wanted before the trial. Any advice on a lateral move to a bigger firm with a broader range of EPL work?

I’m in a great role in a small hospital. Big fish in a little pond as it were. However, my CIO has been clear with me that I can’t advance in clinical informatics beyond my current role without having clinical credentials. I’m and oddity in my role in that I have a ton of clinical knowledge without a license. I have 4 Epic certs and 5 YOE.

Looking for analytics roles in healthcare that are not Excel heavy. I have SQL, PowerBI, Tableau and beginner level- Python knowledge.
