I am a fresher (graduating soon) and have 2 offers and need to make a decision. For context I’m based in Delhi NCR 21 (F), wanting to make an exceptional career in HR.
Offer 1: Campus Placement at Accenture in their ACAD program (permanent employment as an HR Analyst + 18 months of PGC in HRM from XLRI) [Mumbai]
Offer 2: Graduate Trainee in Hr at BCG for 2 years with potential conversion at the end of my tenure [Gurgaon].
I want to know 2 years down the line who would be preferred/better off.
