And I see that entry level jobs require 4-5 experience with multiple certifications which is very discouraging. I was chosen as a commencement speaker at our upcoming graduation ceremony (really thankful and excited) but would this be something to list on your resume? Should it even be mentioned at all, or is there a specific way to include it?

I got an entry level analyst offer at Deloitte. I am wondering if I can negotiate my offer as it is lower than a guy with a similar background's, but also on the higher end of what other analysts got. I am doing the same degree as him, have same (if not more as I did more internships and he didn't) experiences as him, so should I negotiate? If yes, how to approach the situation? The difference in pay is 15-20k and he got in as a consultant straight out of college. I haven't accepted the offer.
