I am a recent graduate working in a small tech consulting firm. I applied to Oxford and Cambridge for postgraduate study before my offers from universities came in.

The offer from Cambridge is for MPhil in Management, and for Oxford, it is MSC Mathematical and Computational Science. Now, I have a month to decide which one to accept. My goal is end to up with at MBB or other top consulting firms. I feel my current firm won’t help with that.

Which offer should I take to maximise my chances?

What’s the standard RTO (return to office) plan for MBB as of now?

All else equal, will the compensation for exits post-MBA be the same if I do a one year MBA vs a two year MBA? Currently have 2 YOE, thinking about MBA and would prefer to complete more quickly

MBB interviewers: Given constant GPA, SAT & UG Program, what increases chance of an industry hire landing a generalist interview: 1-2 YOE at Big 4, ACT, Booz, etc OR 1-2 YOE at Spotify, Snap, Bird...

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

I was doing some googling and I saw that PWC offers MBA hires 45k in comparison to MBBs at 70k +. Is this a bad joke? I can't imagine that PWC's target for MBA hires is widely different from MBB. In the US, the pay gap isn't that wide. Any reason behind this madness?
