I am a Salesforce Developer and I'm switching from NTT Data now. My current CTC is 15.88 with 5.5 YOE. I have given interviews in different companies like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant PwC, Deloitte, etc. I got selected in TCS, Cognizant and PwC.

The only thing is that I cleared these interviews, two weeks ago, but I have not received the offer letter yet TCS HR is just stalling and cognizant HR told me that they don't have enough budget (expected- 24 fixed) now after L1 n L2 rounds. (Contd..)

I know EY early promotes had their comp discussions and was curious what other big 4’s are seeing in terms of raises this year due to covid

Guys once u start getting letters for tax pls ping here, not sure if today also tax people will get letters

I have 4 yoe and done certifications like admin pd1 from Salesforce and copado fundamentals 1 and copado fundamentals 2
