I am a technical lead developer on a Digital Transformation team ( data web applications, dashboards, automation tools) within the financial services industry. The director on my team is not technical at all and also does not have a good grasp of the data that we are working with so my boss does not really understand appropriate solutions to help our clients. This causes challenges and sometimes my boss pushes back on items that I feel simply are tough for the person to grasp. Any advice?
