Hoping I can get some insight into Microsoft customer success manager compensation to help me negotiate an offer. Offer is $115k, 15% annual bonus, and $20k in stock. They told me I'd be coming in at level 62. Base is quite a bit lower than my current salary. Hoping to get 25k - 30k more to match my current salary. Do you guys think it's doable?

Hi Guys, I'm working in Infosys from 4 years as SAP Technical Consultant. Now i have 2 offers 9.5LPA from TCS (includes Variable) and 9.15 from IBM variable excluded. I have 90 days notice period and i cleared Deloitte 1st round waiting for director round. I also have srilanka HCL offer for 10 Lpa fixed excluding pf, gratuity and variable. Do you think salaries offers are good for 4 years SAP Tech Consultant or should i keep hunting for new jobs?? If yes What should be the salary target??

I'm new to the industry and this is my first corporate job. Been working as a BI analyst for about 2.5 years and I roughly make $80k. I'm having a hard time trying to gauge how much should I be making, or if I speak to my manager about increasing compensation how much to ask for so I won't sound absurd. Do you all have any tips on this or are there any tools that I can use to accurately gauge how on average much I should be earning?

Just realized I mistakenly misspelled the person’s name I sent an email to as part of an interview process. I so hate doing that to someone, do I follow up with a short - “Sorry X I realized I misspelled your name in the prior email, have a nice weekend” or do I just let it be? One letter off, this is what I get for responding on my phone, dang autocorrect.

And is my obgyn going to tell me when to start with the perineal massage. I am not even sure how I know of these terms but what if there is something out there I could do or I need to do and I don’t know about it.

After just one year and one busy season as an Assurance Associate in FS - Asset Mgmt (my first full time job out of college), I tested the market and subsequently accepted an offer as a fund accountant with a 30% raise and a 20% discretionary bonus ... did I make the right move or should I have stayed longer?
