I am an acct person that sucks at building PPT slides (seriously not a creative bone in my body). I feel like such a drag asking creative to format slides that I feel could be so much better than a list of bullets. Are there any classes recommended or videos I could watch to help improve?

This is not in any way shape or form to take away from a creatives job, more for unbillable internal training slides and things like that.

It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. How do I be a decent manager to a coworker who's upset I've been promoted twice in two years and they haven't? We started out as coworkers, became decent friends after a few good moments, but went back to simply coworkers after they flubbed a few projects and I had to step in to clean up.
