My last working Day in Coforge was 01-APR-26.

I was able to download the salary slip for the month of March 26 but have not yet received the salary in my account for the month of March 26 even tough all my clearences are there for my exit portal .

It has been almost 2 months since my LWD.
I have mailed eexit.support@coforge.com multiple times but have not got any proper response.

Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction. I don’t want to waste time (colleagues mentioned it doesn’t get much better from here). Do I embrace the suck or look for other opportunities?

What do you do for winter shoes and commuting?

I walk a total ~20 mins in between train/bus stations and then getting from the stop in the loop to the office.

What do I do come wintertime for boots? Do you wear them while you're in the office? Or do you bring dress shoes with you to change in to? I wear a suit to work, so what boots would be good for winter but also look decent with a suit? This is my first winter in Chicago (a socal transplant)

I work in commercial real estate retail leasing. Current employer just increased base to $100k with avg. 20-35% bonus/commissions combined. Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title. Its a VC funded startup & aggressively growing. I’ve never worked for a start up, so curious what everyone’s experiences are and any feedback would be super appreciated thank you!!
