Bowl Leader
Not sure of the entire context, but yes your past experience does matter because that is how you built competency, skills, and a reference to what may or may not work. It is the map while change, evolution, and innovation are the drivers. You need both. Think of yourself as a leader who provide guidance when needed. When needed means when your employee is stuck, makes a mistake, or mainly ask for assistance. Guide them by asking probing questions so they can realize the potential answers.
Ummm, this is a serious request not an robot. Just need some advice on how to approach this situation and maintain good relationships with people who see no value in my experience. I actually had one person say, it doesn’t matter what happened in the past. I spent most of my career supporting different organizations so I would be an expert in my field. If it does not matter how can I help build impact for the company. Thanks
