I am an SAP CPI resource with 10 years of experience and I have offers from Accenture, CG and Mphasis. The fixed component of Accenture and CG are the same while that of Mphasis is slightly higher. The roles they have offered are Software Development Assoc Manager (at Accenture), Senior Consultant (at CG) and Lead Consultant (at Mphasis). I would like to know which organization would be the best suited for me.

How’s the axtria compensation? The HR reached out saying we can’t pay more than 30% in hike but I wouldn’t agree on that. Just wanted to know if they’ll repent after interviews or is it a hard and fast rule?

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay?
