I am at a good product based company , everything is good here except growth and learning so decided to move out , then I got offer from Ascendion , which is 3K more than my current salary .

is it good to shift to Ascendion from my current company ?
Since I saw all negative feedback on Ascendion in all other platforms
also seems like Job Security is at stake if joined at Ascendion

I understand every project and team differs and employee experiences also differ.

I am a senior Angular Developer with 7+ yrs of exp. I got an offer from EPAM Anywhere(not EPAM) with base CTC as 6 LPA and base+project CTC as 26 LPA complete remote work.
FYI if I go on bench I'll be getting only 50000/- INR per month instead of my 216000/- INR pm with working on the project.
