M&A tax manager 1 salary in NYC ?
Accenture Interactive I am working in Accenture NL as Associate Manager. Got 8% of my salary as relocation bonus. I want to join another company and that company agrees to give me an offer at Manager level and increment of 35%. But the problem is I will have to return the 8% relocation bonus back to my current firm. Is it a good idea to switch ? FYI I have completed 5 months and to come out of the clause of 8% refund it's 7 months more to go.
Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Now I am in a dilemma of what to do as I have been looking for onsite opportunities for my entire career so far. Kindly share your thoughts. Set boundaries. Your working day is 9-5, you can accomplish xyz in that day and these other items aren’t viable. Get immediate list of items off your plate from your leader. You’re letting yourself be overworked & they’re taking advantage of it.
If they won’t, it’s toxic work environment and strong enough claim for mental health leave. Or just get them annoyed enough that they lay you off because you’re not easy prey now.
Really sorry to hear about this. I remember feeling this way at my last job. I couldn't even rest when I slept b/c my head was filled with nightmares about work!
If your current company is unable or unwilling to provide you with a raise or promotion, it may be time to start looking for other opportunities. Keep applying to other jobs and consider working with a recruiter who specializes in your industry. When you get an offer, present it to them. If they counter it, then good. If not, their loss.
