I am being offered a Associate Director(Sr Manager) position QA at Deloitte. But initially this position will be C2H basis and would be on payroll of Technoprism.

They are ready to give in writing from partner that Deloitte would hire me within 6 months. Also initially salary they are ready to match my current offer

Posting would be at client side.

My query is this a good offer? if I get absorbed by Deloitte as FTE in few months? Should I take it?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
