I am curious. I have recently accepted a position with a home care agency. 4-6 hour shifts. It was advertised and applied for with certain days and hours. Now, after 1 day of orientation, it's flipping to 2-3 days a week, every single Sunday, no call from my new clinical manager at all. Nothing. I had to ASK for a preceptor to start as I want to see a typical day in said patient home. Why I having to ask for these things?

Just completed my last shift in the ICU. I'm glad to be shifting back to the Maternatity ward. It was exhausting, and emotionally draining working with such sick patients. I know the work we did made a big difference, but I'm glad to go back to my favorite role!
