I am currently in FP&A (YOE: 2) and am kind of bored of the work. Although it’s a very finance focused role I use SQL (intermediate to advanced) on a daily basis and Excel (obv.). I enjoy solving and writing complex queries and working with (financial) data but FP&A is boring and repetitive. Should I pivot to a data analyst role? Or even a more technical data engineering role?

Ultimately I need to evaluate 3 things: salary growth, demand in the next 10-15 years (I am 24) and career growth.

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Reorgs are just a part of the corporate world. If you haven’t been a part of one in your career yet, then you most likely haven’t been in the corporate workforce for very long. If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it? There are many factors at play, but in general do you try to establish relationships with the individuals you know will be key contributors and/or decision makers going forward? Or do you lay low and let what ever happens be/hope for the best?
