I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)

Alrighty All, I posted a couple of months ago when I got laid off. I took some time to enjoy my summer and now it’s time to get back to work. During that time, I made the decision to relocate to the east coast, my new home is in Columbus Ohio! How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). When I was pursuing my BTech at that time itself I have done some job as part time in a power plant so they have created an uan number for me. I have worked there for 2years approx after that I left. and also I withdraw all the amount from uan number.
