I am currently working in FIS and prefer staying here as I am a new mother too. However seeing the layoff pattern I applied and got few offers. I heard that we will have some clarity about reallocation of team by Jan. If I put paper and then take it back by Jan, is that okay? Can we cancel our resignation till last minute? Because if I get reallocated by Jan I will prefer to stay. The new offer will be kept as backup. Kindly suggest, I am very confused.

What if someone resigns a week after his 1 year completion? Do they still need to pay?
