But some HR officials are telling me to avoid traveling to India as there might be some issues during port of entry at the time of return. I wonder how this is calculated in general. What is the percentage bracket of the bonus? Assume it is a high performance 9+ year attorney and the firm is profitable (even with COVID). Debating if I should test my luck with the market to see if rates will drop or if I should go ahead and lock my rate in before Rates increase even more
