Hi all! I picked up a part time job as “computer support” a few months ago and have since found myself doing a lot more than anticipated. I handle installation and maintenance of Burglar systems, access control, video surveillance, network systems, POS workstations, VoIP, and payment terminals. I took the job with no “formal” education in tech. My “trainer” at the company was a joke, I basically taught myself everything. What do you think would be a reasonable hourly pay for such a person?

Litigators—how many different cases are you on?

Been feeling spread too thin lately but I don’t know whats typical. Curious what others do. And would you mind sharing whether you’re a junior, midlevel, partner, etc??

I realize sheer number of cases doesn’t tell the whole story… obviously you can be buried on one massive case. I’m finding it hard to jump back and forth between everything I have going on right now, though, but I don’t know if the answer is to just deal with it.

I am looking at this as an incubator model to avoid interest payments and other forms of initial capitalization.

Looking to confirm or crush my expectation as part of a business model. Are M&A like technology assessments somewhat standardized for angel investors or do you start by independently evaluating specific platform, data, code, technical architecture issues?
