I am looking for the job change in ServiceNow profile and having a experience of 4+ yrs.

Currently I am trying to create network in linked in and naukari but still not getting the response from some companies like JP Morgan or mindtree etc.

Can u help me to understand what is the best way to create a network to some major companies.

I know applying directly to the company site mostly doesn't have any benefit or will take long time to schedule the interview.

In house interview- I am going to hopefully the final round of interview to meet the whole legal team. I was asked about my availability, and it will take 5 hours if in one day. Should I split to multiple days? Will it cause any issues? Anyone on both sides can speak from their experience? Thanks!

I’ve been trying to get into The Walt Disney Company for years and can’t seem to make any progress. I’ve tried introducing myself and connecting with recruiters on LinkedIn and of course, applying to jobs on their site. MM shop, inv team role, I did a final round last week (my XXth IV so far) with one of the GPs. I honestly thought it went great. Haven’t heard a thing since though. Recruiter thinks I’m still in it cause of Christmas-Hol.

My offer letter is still stuck into it and I am not able to get to a decision.

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs
Tech= aws devops
I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I applied to a part time masters program to try to pivot to a different technical field (still doing patent work, but in something that interests me more than what I’m doing now). Asking creatives to work on a project with lots of award potential but minimal budget/billable time allocations. So the majority of the work would be done on personal time.

It’s so nice that every agency laying off people, have those left standing (and other agencies) trying to hustle jobs for their unemployed friends, but there are also a ton of people who were unemployed prior to Covid...so no severance, job hunting lot longer, and not earning income for longer time...hurting even MORE due to quarantine.
