All-I just returned to my fertility clinic and found out I am pregnant. This would be the 2nd natural ovulation I’ve had in a year (PCOS). I am shocked. It’s early days. I share because this is wild. And my last cycle that didn’t work I had to do two rounds of letrozole! I am dumbfounded.
