I am the junior attorney at a small PI firm (5 lawyers). I love my job and my firm, the partners, and my colleagues.

I have another opportunity that is important to me, so I'm planning to step away.

I have maybe 10-15 lit cases that I'm "responsible" for. Some of them are tar babies that I know the partners and my colleagues would hate taking over, but I don't think I'm willing to wait for resolution on them either. Thoughts?

I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?
