They changed my role, not the pay There has been a lot of turn over to IQVIA with salary of acct managers at base of 90k and unlimited PTO; is that true? Anyone from IQVIA can comment on culture, work/life, and base pay for account/clent managers? research shows regional acct managers make base of 96k but I'm making 76k with MBA, 15 yrs exp.
