What weird quirks stuck with you after med school?

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Guess I’m not really looking for a solution here, just venting.

Where’d you get your MBA? Looking at a 10 course program 30 cr hours for 19,000 USD. The school is AASCB credited. It would be an MBA with a a focus on management and transformational leadership.

Do T2 consulting firms (think Kearney, OW) and MBB hire experienced professionals WITHOUT MBA (I.e., is a prestigious MBA mandatory in the region?). I already have a post-MBA position

My SO and I are contemplating pursuing MBAs simultaneously; is it advisable? Any personal experiences to share?

Does anyone teach in class elementary, middle, or high school and also teaches college level? If so, how did you get the college level job? I have a masters and specialist degree and teach in class. I also want to teach college level online but have a hard time either finding a position available or applying. I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? Any clinical reporting folks on here? What type of company are you at and how are you liking it? I provide reporting services in an academic hospital medicine division at a state institution. Reports are mostly performance based and quality improvement (ex. discharge by 10am, length of stay, 30 day readmission, census on Medicine teams at the hospital, etc.) I would love to hear who you support!
