Capgemini was my first offer and they even waited for full 3 months. But my home location is delhi ncr, and other offer providing delhi ncr as location. Capgemini offer : 23.5 lpa fix + 1 lac jb
ZS Associates offer : 20.5 lpa fix + 1.9 lpa vb + 1.5 retention bonus(every year for 4 years) + 1 lac jb
Yoe : 5.9 Tech : python automation, qa, selenium
Any advidce?

I accepted a 95k systems engineer role in VA with KBR and is currently going thru a clearance.(MAY START DATE)
Northrop offers me 92k w/ 3k sign on which is 30 min from home in MD for an associate systems role. They also want to give me a clearance but it will start as an interim so I can work sooner than may. MY DILEMMA: Kbr states that they know I need money now so I can accept an offer with Northrop to see if I like it until may.BUT can I have 2 security clearances running at the same time?
