I am from DG GSRC. Our manager is not capable of handling the team at all.. from past few months team has been asking for a team meeting to discuss their queries and they keep saying it will happen and new managers will be on board.. They have not planned for optional leaves and now they are not approving any of the leaves leaving our optional leaves to go on waste. That is also not communicated properly. Everytime anyone tries to raise something, they are brushed off..

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Assets are down a decent amount with the current market cycle and I’d prefer not to sell them to cover the debt , although they easily could. I’ve worked for a medical consultant company in Houston the last two years doing various things from billing to patient care to even doing medical records request. I work for ERC department and assist north america employees..it's been like 17months now and within ERC i have also done Ticketing and HR cases...
