I am in accenture ops finance R2R - my LWD is 19 Jun & today is 16 Jun. but my manager is saying they can extend my notice period per business requirements although everything is complete. But still they are mentioning on mail and threatening me and L6 is also involved in this. Can you please guide in this matter ? Should I do FIR because this harassing me mentally and pressuring me - and HR is saying don’t do that because it’ll be like an absconding case . And in future your BGC not be proper

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months
