I am just here to say that I am so glad that I left Accenture when I did in 2022. It was a terrible firm then and the stock is in a free fall. For all the Accenture fish I hope you guys are doing okay. I certainly hope you’re not still bag holding this garbage. Your leadership is an absolute joke. 🫠

Wouldn’t it apply to most consulting firms though , if they were public ? With all the layoffs, reduced bonuses, abysmal comp raise and lower partner promos- it’s not like others are doing awesome. Or maybe they are
I imagine not dissimilar but ACN will be more exposed to low sophistication outsourcing work being disrupted
Absolutely terrible culture when I was there. They had gone downhill when they created the CDO track and created a tier of second class citizens with lower pay and lower career progression.
I have never heard of it even being at Accenture for 5 years

For people who have been at Accenture for 5+ years, has your team's product/services gotten worse?
Or, do you view it more as EM1's structural/industry wide comment?
Closer to EM1. I think our talent levels have declined a bit but that seems to be in line with other firms losing their best people due to the aforementioned reasons.
ACN has long lost its mission and plot.
