I am located in Mumbai and would like to join Delloite USI in Mumbai. I have 20 years of experience in Oracle EBS + PL/SQL + OIC latest too. Have worked as technical architect role in current org. My friend in SAP contacted someone who says hiring is slow and almost frozen right now.
Can I get into Delloite USI? I am full hands on and can develop and code solutions.

How common are career changes / pivots? Can’t help but feel behind now that I’m considering a change and makes me feel alone. Not sure how to go about making the change (finance to marketing)

Have final round interviews at BCG tomorrow. I'm at S& right now at the SA level. Father had a sudden health issue come up this week and it's got me off my game. I'll ultimately need to support him financially for at least a year while he recovers. Not complaining, but has me considering just dropping out of the interview process. Is that crazy? They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year. Hello Fishes, I have offers from Deloitte, EY & Oracle. Which one should i go for. I will be joining oracle practice in EY & Deloitte. My skillsets include oracle DBA, apps DBA, DevOps, Oracle Cloud Admin, python & bash scripting.

Salary wise all are similar. Only thing is for Oracle would have to relocate. EY & Deloitte are offering in my hometown (i.e. no rent :P )
