I am looking to pivot my career from media marketing into hospitality/hotel management after three years of being under employed/unemployed in my field. I have no experience in the field, and although I realize that I will have to take a step back, I am not sure anyone will hire me without experience despite my over 20 years as a professional in major agencies and TV networks. Would anyone recommend getting a Masters in Hospitality. I already have an MBA. Any other advise?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
