I am on bench in Altimetrik since 1 month. I was released from project citing budget issue . Now i have an offer from a company who wants me to join within 2 weeks. Thus I put my resignation hoping I would be released early given im on bench . However to my surprise the HR is forcing me to serve the full NP. What is the way out ?
