Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

They care about the image and stock price one of them will go down.
Can anyone help me in such matter does CEG does nothing?
I am not from AMEX but just wanted to tell you that AMEX is the worst bowl where people will only read and never answer your query no matter how grave it is.
So please dont have expectations from this bowl.

Pls move on to other opportunities. As you are immediate joiner you can easily get good opportunities outside.
As you are so stressed now then for sure you will not be able to tackle legal issues in case you approach a lawyer or even escalate to higher management.
May be they have some reason , may be you have your reasons . But if you have the luxury to sit and fight you can do. If you have commitments and emi move on.
If you want to raise your concern against unfair treatment please do so copying HR head and vp with your email evidences of unjust treatment. Harrasment or bullying or rascist comment or misbehavior surely amex will take note .
Also there can be issues on your side but that cannot give them right to mistreat any one . So it's upto you to tell the issue out here. Or as I already said since you are already exhausted
Better use this and move on. In 6 months u will for sure not be thinking of it.
