D has 45 hours official work week + your firm initiatives = not good WLB

I will continue to recommend federal consulting for the WLB aspect. The implementations are still large with much to learn, but it’s definitely a more reasonable and human pace and culture. I’m certainly biased toward Booz Allen (I was at Accenture LLP previously) but I’d bet most Salesforce TA roles at partners who do work for the US Government will be more appetizing than the commercial arms of those same companies.

Cloud for Good is hiring architects. We are working on large and complicated projects and have good WLB.
You can apply on our careers page or you can email our Talent Acquisition Lead with questions and info about the role - Austin Sherman austin.sherman@cloud4good.com
DM me. We have fully remote tech architect roles and WLB is solid. We’re federal gov consulting, which like TA2 mentioned, is better on WLB in general.
A Salesforce TA at Accenture has good WLB and probably pays more than anywhere else. DM me for a referral.

Thanks but I am ex- Accenture and worked for 5 years at ACN. I didn’t like how for each and every small stuff you need to ask for WBS like beggars and also how project staffing works is pathetic and also I didn’t like company culture that much so not willing to come back
