I applied to a job i really wanted at a big company and was rejected 4 and a half hours later. I didnt want to use AI for my resume but now I’m wondering if that’s the reason I was rejected so quickly. It’s so disheartening to know that I could have been a good candidate but a human will never even look at my application. How are others balancing their use of AI when job hunting? have you been able to get interviews for jobs that use AI to screen applicants?

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview).
