Sorry to hear that, but the job market is just incredibly tough at the moment and, to be honest, 30 job applications is very much in the low end these days. You should get into the mindset that the job hunt process can take even 4-6 months and you might have to send out hundreds of applications. I wish you the best of lucl
you need to start changing your resume to include the words and key phrases in the job posting. another of companies are using AI filters to sort resumes, and if yours doesn't have enough of the key words , it doesn't get through
Does that mean that mean we should be using AI for our resume?
i have been out of work for 7 months after over 30 years of SR Management positions. I just had my first interview of the year today and it went well but did ask how they pulled me out of the stack of Resumes and or if they used AI. Only company so far that didn't use AI for the process. Thus the interview! It's who you know or good luck!
Hahaha I applied for over 300 in 2 months changing each application to the key words. 2 crappy call backs

You should make yourself better qualified for more jobs. I took the incentive to get my insurance license to better my chances for employment. Also, the insurance industry is depression proof.
I think people blindly apply and become one of thousands of resumes in the queue. Work your network and connect with those that can put your resume on the top of the list. It is true that your resume and linked in profile needs to be refined so it gets to the correct recruiters, but I’ve found that I receive most interviews from network references rather than cold applying.
