I keep getting calls and requests from headhunters from LinkedIn. I talk with them, send my resume, half the time I interview. Then nothing. I dont hear from anyone unless o reach out. Then it's a dead end. I'm fine with not progressing, but why don't the reach back out?

Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Anyone that interviewed or gotten a job with Meta how did it take from the onsite to get your decision? 4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?
