I attended F2F interview for Cognizant. I answered all the L1 questions correctly and confidently. They even collected my resume. It's been 1 and half month. Not a single rejection or selected mail from them. I mailed them and there is no repsonse. These kind of uncertainty will only leads to demotivation in candidates.

Got an interview for a b2b marketing role and all my experience so far has been b2c. they're concerned about how transferable it is. any tips on how to highlight the transferable strengths from b2c to b2b?

Beware a company called apnaklub currently hiring across functions. They are knockoff udaan with zero ideas who somehow managed to get some funding. They will do interviews for 1 month+ and then ghost you totally wasting your time.

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this?
