I attended my interview at Accenture on November 26, 2024, and received a confirmation email stating that the recruitment team would respond within 10–15 working days. However, it’s now been several months, and I haven’t received any further update on my candidature.

I'm unable to log into the Accenture candidate portal. The system throws an error:
“The credentials you provided cannot be determined to be authenticated.”
Kindly advise on how I can get an update or whom to contact for help.
