I attended the walkin last saturday 7th march and cleared TR and MR and salary negotiation with HR too. One HR reached out and started the documents verification process and now it's in the evaluation in progress status since last 3 days.

Now today there is a mega walkin drive again.

I read online posts on reddit fishbowl glassdoor quora and came to for some it took 2-4 weeks to receive the offer letter and some never heard back. Should I just wait now or attend the walkin again? Tata Consult

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Currently have an excel list with resource (production line), start date and time, and then also the name of the item being produced.

Any ideas how to tackle this??

I’m thinking a stacked bar chart with the vertical categories to be my resources and horizontal the date/time and then each individual bar to be the name of the item being produced.
