Most firms won’t look that closely at your work history prior to law school. Your most recent firm may be closed off though.

Please discuss your situation in detail with an employment attorney who only represents plaintiffs. There is a doctrine of constructive termination that may apply.
Do you still have access to your emails?
Unfortunately, law firms violate employment laws more often than one may expect. Typically, your attorney would negotiate with the firm to settle your case without having to sue in open court.

Try calling Sanford Heisler and Outten & Golden. These firms have experience going up against law firms. You should be able to retain them on an hourly basis to provide advice and counsel on how to handle this.
Make a chronology of what led to the termination, and all inappropriate comments and behavior you experienced or observed. Also make a list of all positive feedback and reviews you received.
Ideally, the matter will settle without any filing in court. Any settlement agreement will have a confidentiality provision protecting you and the law firm.
If you are the target of discrimination, I don’t see why this would be held against you during the Character & Fitness evaluation.

I literally have no idea what any of that means
