Square Veeva @teletracking
Trying to decide between 3 offers remote/Columbus
Square is 84k salary 5k bonus and 80k stocks vesting over 4 years
Veeva is 100k salary 20k bonus and 25k Stocks each year forever
Teletracking is 125k cash 5k bonus
I know about Square the most and if they paid closer to Veeva and Teletracking I’d probably go there but it seems like they underpay.
The Veeva culture seems really good but it’s a sustaining engineer position for year 1 so debugging
Anyone from @Harman

I like Mother. Once I got hooked I got several pairs in various cuts and shades at Nordstrom
Madewell and Buck Mason do really good jeans on the higher end of that budget. I have large thighs so I blow out the crotch of jeans in 1 to 1.5 years usually, Buck Mason jeans are really thick though so that slows down the process.
Oh also I should have said this is for MENS jeans. I am just noticing I didn’t put that in the post
Check out Joe, there’s a sale! My husband wears them and they look great on him. There’s also some khakis that look good too. Sorry I assumed you were a female.
idk ive been wearing the same jeans since high school
AG. Rag & Bone.
Those are both over, but go to Nordstrom Rack and you may get lucky.
The rag and bone sale section will get you to $100-150. Go to a store and figure out your fit (fit 2 is slim, fit 3 is athletic. The waist sizes are vanity sized (i.e., a 32 has like a 34-35 inch waist). You will need to get them hemmed, but you should do that for all your pants anyways…
Visual Storyteller
Bonobos. You can get 28 for length
I like Frame
Dearborn Denim does a 28" inseam. I have seen a lot of favorable reviews for them. And they look to be under $100.
i really enjoy jeans from AYR and Paige. AYR has short sizes.
ah! sorry…I’m 5’ 1” and AYR’s shorter inseam work for me. not every design has the shortest inseam…but checks out the ones rhat have the 26”. as for paige, i but from nordstrom and take them in to the tailor
I’ve worn Madewell men’s for a few years now, just now trying The Perfect Jean with good experience so far
I just got a really nice pair of Japanese selvage jeans from a company called Rustic Dime, based in CA I believe. Right at that price point - feels like a bargain. Two weight levels but they seem to have inventory shortages at times.
My experience with Uniglo has not been good. I like to buy quality and wear it a long time.
+1 on any Japanese Selvedge brand. Quality of denim is far superior to any fashion brand.
Diesel
Try Todd Snyder and RRL. I also agree with those above who mentioned AG, Rag & Bone, and Diesel.
Thank you all but I guess the issue stands they all places have the smallest inseam as 30 and not 28. Rag & bone, AG, BR 🥲
The AG jeans also shrink in the wash, so get the 30 and wash it a couple of times to see how much needs to be trimmed before you get it tailored.
APC or Denham
Their in store service is so clutch and they do great work.
Reformation
Men's or ladies jeans, if you are going to spend the money to buy good jeans that fit properly, honestly don't worry too much about length because you can always have them tailored to fit the leg whereas getting the seat of a pair of jeans tailored is harder.
Paige jeans, AG or 7 of Mankind. I usually get them on heavy discount at Marshall's (between $50-70) but it's very hit or miss what they have. I 2nd Mother brand jeans. They are pretty hard-wearing (had mine for about 7 yrs)
A&F have good jeans
