Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.
Has anyone here tried pregmune?

As Senior Software Engineer 1, Rakuten offered 13.5L as CTC + 1.4L as joining bonus. My current CTC is 7.2LPA. Yes, you’ll never get this time back with your baby — at that age — at that stage. That’s the advice that convinced me to take the full allotted time. Plus, once you’re out enjoying your bonding time and snuggling that baby, you’ll likely be thinking very little about work planning. ;)
Set yourself up to take as much as you can. Revisit what you need after you have the baby. It’s always easier to go back to work early than it is to ask for extra leave later.
Yes, I would take it. I didn’t regret a minute of my maternity leave. Good luck with the new baby :)
Yes.
Yes. You will regret it. Take the time. It will take one week to catch up.
Yes
Work will always be there. Take the time!
Take it. I had 12 weeks w my single and 16 w my twins. More is more in this situation. You can never get it back.
Yes.
100% Yes

...frankly more time would be ideal, but take every minute you can...
You’ll be a better employee and team member if you have more time to heal and wrap your head around motherhood (and ideally more rest, too.) Take the time. You won’t regret it.
Yes, yes and yes! Take the time—you will need it.
Take the time!!!!
Take the time. Take the time. Take the time!!!!
Yes! Take it ALL.
I took my 12-14 (used a little PTO) and am holding onto my extra 4 weeks to combine w PTO later in the year. Allowed me to come back (I was ready) but also utilize the benefit a little later when baby gets a little bigger.
My advice after doing it twice is to take all the time. You may need the extra time to heal, to find childcare, to settle into a routine that’ll set you up for success down the line.
